Mister Particular is a locally owned and operated professional cleaning and gardening service, specialising in providing individually tailored cleaning and gardening solutions to holiday rental properties, private residences and commercial properties in the Upper Blue Mountains.  

Mister Particular are Mike and Ben. 
We are supported by a fine team who are thoroughly trained in our methods, which have ben tried and tested over the past four years. Together, we are reliable and honest. We take pride in our work and are dedicated to delivering a service that meets the unique and specific requirements of each client.

Mister Particular has obtained consent form Sydney Water (permit number WRE067273) to use water for specific purposes related to cleaning. While we are confident that this consent has been granted fairly, we are always aware of how much water we use and minimise water wastage.

AU$35.00 fee outside this area.

Cleaning services from AU$35.00 p/h

Gardening services from AU$40.00 p/h.

Laundry Service from     AU$20.00

Linen Hire Service from AU$14.00

Minimum charge of 1 hour, this is subject to change and is assessed on an individual basis. Fees are subject to change depending on circumstances, with notice. Accounts are invoiced on day of service or at the end of each month, terms are stricktly 7 days from date of invoice.
Payments may be made by direct debit, cash or cheque.  
Failure to finalise acounts after resonable notice is given by Mister Particular will result in the referal of the outstanding account to an external credit management agency. All costs associated with this referal are at the debtors expence.
As a guide...
Holiday rental 2 bdrm 1 bthrm approx
1-1.5 hours
Holiday rental 3-4 bdrm 2 bthrm approx  2 hours

Residential 2 bdrm 1 bthrm approx    
2-2.5 hours.
Residential 3-4 bdrm 2 bthrm approx  
3-4 hours.

These times are a guide only, and       will vary depending on individual requirements.
Here's an example...
A client has a house with two bedrooms, separate lounge and dining, kitchen, study, hallway and two bathrooms. She also has a baby, a husband, a cat and a dog.
In this house we do the following:
  • Bedrooms, lounge, dining, hall, study - dust and polish all furniture surfaces, moving frames and ornaments
  • Dust all skirting boards
  • Dust all window sills
  • Check for spiderwebs
  • Vacuum all floors (including and under rugs)
  • Steam clean all hard floors
  • Kitchen - bench tops, sink, stove top, tile splashback, cupboard fronts, range hood,  fridge top and front, microwave, rubbish bin, bin cupboard.
  • Bathrooms - bath, sink, shower, toilet, tiles, mirror, polish taps and rails, bins.
  • Empty all bins
  • Sweep doorstep and porch.
  • Periodical moving of beds, lounges etc.
Mister Particular spends three hours in this house once every two weeks at a cost of AU$105.00
